Alma Terry

Alma Louise Terry, 84, of Irving passed away July 26, 2011 in Irving, Texas. Funeral services will be 3:30 PM, Friday, July 29, 2011 at Blair-Stubbs Chapel. Interment will be in the Mexia Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 1:30 p.m. until service time on Friday at the funeral home. Louise was born October 6, 1926 to Henry Liles and Pearl Fleming. She was married to John Brooks "J.B." Terry. She spent her life caring for her family and it was evident that her family was her life. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and a number of siblings. Louise is survived by her son, Alford Terry and wife, Becky of Rusk; daughter, Glenda Plouff of Irving; five grandchildren, Joel Terry, Jason Pitts, Derek Terry, Brandy Hernandez and Bryan Terry; thirteen great-grandchildren; and one sister, Catherine Milam of Mexia.
