Annie Miner Whittenburg

Annie Miner Whittenburg of Mexia, passed away March 3, 2022 in Waco, Texas at the age of 71. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 12^th at Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home with Chaplain Karen Hulsey officiating. Allen McVade, William Powell, Kelvin Miner, Morris Winkfield, L.V. Anderson and Larry Anderson will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in the Mexia cemetery.

Annie was born May 10, 1950 in Bartlett, Texas to Pearl Robinson McVade and Richard Evans, Jr. Annie loved working, dancing and her family, especially her daughter Anne “Patricia”. 

She is preceded in death by brother, Richard Miner, brother, Leon Powell, brother, Robert McVade, and brother, Robert Miner.

She is survived by her sister, Johnnie Mae McVade, sister, Helen Winkfield and husband, Thomas, brother, Dewitt Miner and wife, Anne, brother, Jimmy McVade, brother, Larry McVade and wife, Thelma and host of nieces and nephews.
