Billy Edward "Bill" Sullivan, 84, of Forest Glade passed away December 24, 2011 in Mexia, Texas. Funeral services will be 10AM, Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Blair-Stubbs Chapel with Rev. Marcus Sheffield officiating. Interment will follow in the Forest Glade Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 5-7 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home. Bill was born March 16, 1927 in Corsicana, Texas to William E. and Mosie Ella Boyte Sullivan. He was a farmer, cattle rancher and business owner. He and his son, Jerry, have been owners of Sullivan Pipeline Maintenance for many years. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Bill loved spending time with his family and friends. He had a witty sense of humor, never met a stranger and enjoyed life to its fullest. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Ronald Zachary Saling; five brothers; and six sisters. Bill is survived by his wife, Vicki; daughter, Donna Spencer and husband, Robert; son, Jerry Sullivan and wife, Vicki; step-children, Michael Guthrie and wife, Ann, Casey Ramirez and husband, Danny, Clinton Guthrie, Julie Wheeler and husband, Jerry and Erin Mohlke and husband, Jeremy; grandchildren, Brick Sullivan and wife, Alyssa, Justin Sullivan and wife, Heather, Dee Klosterman and husband, Dave; step-grandchildren, Garrett, Marley, and Ella Ramirez, Samantha, Madison and Taylor Mohlke, Rowdy, Shot, J.R. and Colton Guthrie and Caysin Wheeler; three great-grandchildren, Zachary Klosterman, Chance and Emili Sullivan; and sister, Doris Ward. Pallbearers will be Fred Robinson, Donald Barger, Paul Barger, Sam LeNoir, Billy Hamilton and Larry Don Baker. Honorary pallbearers will be Wayne Jackson, Jon Phillips, Homer Copley and Louie Kennedy.
