Bob Walker

Bob Lee Walker, 55, of Teague passed away July 3, 2013 in Mexia, Texas. Graveside services will be 2PM, Saturday, July 6, 2013 in Wilson Chapel Cemetery. Bob was born June 24, 1958 in Mexia, Texas to Joseph C. "Joe" and Vera Hazel Pettigrew Walker. He graduated from Teague High School in 1976. He was a construction and cement worker prior to retirement. Bob loved animals, especially, his faithful friend and companion, Tres Amigo. He will be missed by his loving family, including Tres Amigo. He was preceded in death by his parents. Bob is survived by his brother, Joe Walker of Teague; sisters, Sue Baty and companion, Don Pevehouse of Lewisville, Johnnia Tarrant of Houston, Jan Barger and husband, John of Lewisville and Debbie Stonecipher of Teague; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Bob's family would like to extend their appreciation and special thanks to the staff of Mexia LTC and Providence Hospice for the wonderful care given to their brother.
