Ellen Rudasill

Funeral services for Mrs. Ellen Williams Rudasill, 97 of Mexia will be 3 p.m. Sunday, May 20, 2007 in Blair - Stubbs Chapel. Mr. Robin Wright, pastor of Northcrest Church of Christ will officiate with interment to follow in the Prairie Grove Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 6 - 8 p.m. Saturday night at Blair - Stubbs. Mrs. Rudasill was born February 5, 1910 in LaSalle to Robert and Lela Elizabeth Ferugson Williams and passed away on May 16, 2007 in Manor Healthcare Center. She retired from Mexia State School after 20 years and was a member of the North- crest Church of Christ in Mexia. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Holton Rudasill, a daughter, Nelda Raye Rudasill Hall and a son, Connie Mack Rudasill. Mrs. Rudasill is survived by her son, Billy L. Rudasill of Mexia, grandchildren; Ricky Vickrey, Norman Hall, Mike Hall, David Hall, Steve Hall, Ray Lynn Hall, Leah Rudasill, John Rudasill and Niki Barney, and 23 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Rick Vickrey, Mike Hall, Steven Hall, Norman Hall, Jay Barney, and Jason Vickrey.
