Elvia Rousselle Mach, 92, of Richardson passed away March 6, 2013 in Richardson. Funeral services will be 2PM, Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Blair-Stubbs Chapel with Mr. Andrew Thompson. Interment will follow in the Mexia Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home. Elvia was born on February 10, 1921 in Galveston, Texas to John W. and Addie Fite Rousselle. She married Joe F. Mach on April 2, 1938 in Houston, Texas. She worked as an Executive Secretary in a Military office for many years. Elvia and Joe lived in Baytown for most of their lives before retiring and moving to Mexia. She loved the country life; raising chickens, peaches and gardening. She loved spending time with her family whether on special occasions or just getting together for no particular reason. She was a member of the Catholic Church; however, being in church on Sunday was of the utmost importance to her regardless of the denomination. Elvia's love for God and her family were evident in the way she lived her life. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and 11 siblings. Elvia is survived by three children, Susan Crawford and husband, Terry of Bellville, Joe F. Mach, III of Waco and Addi Goette and husband, George Workins of Richardson; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons, Cody Crawford, Adam Mach, Aaron Mach, Eric Mach, Joseph Mach and Newly Mach.
