Hubert "Tilmon" Bozeman, 49, of Mexia passed away September 26, 2009 in Waco. Funeral services will be 1 PM Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at Calvary Baptist Church. Rev. Jerry Fulton, Rev. Bruce Rudd and Rev. Eddie Hayworth will officiate with interment to follow in the Lost Prairie Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 6-8 PM Tuesday at Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home. Tilmon was born September 25, 1960 in Mexia, Texas to George Thomas and Patsy Ruth (McWaters) Bozeman. He was a graduate of Teague High School. Tilmon was presently employed as an oil field pumper/gauger. He was a loving husband and father who enjoyed spending time with his family. He also enjoyed fishing. Tilmon was a member of Point Enterprise Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Rhonda Ann Whitfield. Tilmon is survived by his wife, Donna Bozeman of Mexia; daughter, Rebekah Bozeman of Mexia; son, Hubert Tilmon "T-Bo" Bozeman, Jr. of Mexia; step-sons, Kevin Barkouskie and wife, Marisela and Justin Barkouskie all of Mexia; step-granddaughter, Katelynn Rubi Barkouskie of Mexia; step-mother, Jewell Bozeman of Mexia; brother-in-law, Aaron Woodall and wife, Stacey of Dawson; step-brother, Mike Smith and wife, Bennie of Mexia; step-sisters, Susan Lloyd and husband, Tommy of Mexia and Jennifer Hayes and husband, Bill of Mexia; a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Foley, Terry Foley, Scotty Glick, Daryl Ferguson, Larry Ferguson, Randy Ferguson, Kerry Burks and Jay Talbert. Masons will serve as pallbearers for the Masonic Graveside Rites.
