Jimmy Carroll Clark , 49, of Coolidge passed away September 9, 2010 in Mexia, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, September 13, 2010 at First Baptist Church in Coolidge with Rev. Chuck Sturgeon officiating. Interment will follow in the Coolidge Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Jimmy was born September 9, 1961 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Bobby Joe Clark and Sandra Lee (Davis) Campbell. He had lived in Limestone County for the past 6 plus years. Jimmy was an employee of The Mexia News. He was a very devoted and loving husband, father and son. Jimmy was a big fan of the University of Arkansas Razorbacks as well as a fan of wrestling. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Coolidge and a member of their choir. Jimmy served his country in the U. S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Paula Clark of Coolidge; daughters, Brittney R. Custer and Tabitha E. Robinson of Coolidge; father and step-mother, Bobby Joe (B.J.) and Ruth Clark of Tehuacana; mother and step-father, Sandra and William Campbell of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; grandmother, Liddie Bell Clark of Grady, Arkansas; brothers, Jeffery Wayne Clark of Maryland, Bobby James Clark of Rusk and Joseph Wayne Clark of Tehuacana; sisters, Rita Diane Flynn of Malian, Arkansas, Cathy Marnett Roper of White Hall, Arkansas and Teresa Michelle Noey and fiance, Jonathan Lozano of Tehuacana; aunt and uncle, Helen and Thomas Edwards of Grady, Arkansas; and a number of nieces, nephews and friends. Jimmy was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard Ivy Clark and uncle, John Allen Clark. Pallbearers will be Roy Richards, Brandon Stuart, Preston Stuart, Larry Reynolds, Glen Hullum, Gerry Page and Johnny McClinton. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Sheppard, Travis Brown and Larry Holdon.
