Funeral services for John W. Cook, 41 of Mexia will be 2 p.m. Friday, July 14 at Calvary Baptist Church in Mexia with Rev. Rick Gray, pastor, officiating. Interment Will follow in Coolidge Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday at Blair - Stubbs Funeral Home. Mr. Cook was born September 9, 1964 in Waco and passed away Wednesday morning, July 12 in Temple. He was a traffic signal technician for TxDot and a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Mexia. Survivors are his wife, Lori Ann Cook of Mexia; children, Jamie Lynn Cook and fianc�, Kevin Gresham, Julie Nicole Cook and Justin Bradley Cook; grandson, Dameon Isaiah Cook; parents, Kenneth Lee and Anna Marie Sandifer Cook of Crawford; Brother, Dennis Lee Cook of Crawford, mother and father in law: Donald and Sue Sanderson of Mexia; grandmother in law, Aline Sanderson of Mexia and numerous other friends and Family. Pallbearers are Bobby Jack Liles, Tink Easterling, Carl Wayne Jones, Jess Whisler, Jay Cook, Rob Sandifer, Brian George and Blaine Schulte. Honorary pallbearers are TxDot Traffic Signal Crew: Tim Schulte, T. P. Holt, Charles Snider, David Pollard, Dillard Barr, Theresa Dudik, Tony Love, Jimmy Neeley and Roy Jennings.
