Juanita Villa Montano

Juanita Villa Montano, of Teague, entered her heavenly home on October 9, 2024 at the age of 69. She was born March 27, 1955 in Ciudad Acuna, Coahuila, Mexico to Ernesto Munoz Villa and Maria Luisa Franco. She married Juan Esquivel Montano on March 8, 2003. 

Juanita’s family was her life. She was dedicated to being a homemaker and raising her children. Juanita loved spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren. Her favorite pastime was spoiling them as much as possible.

Juanita was a woman of strong faith. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church. She also loved to bake cakes, travel, and she loved to wear high heels.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Maria Franco Villa;  brother, Ricardo Dilla and  daughter, Jennifer Villa Garcia.

Juanita is survived by her loving husband, Juan Montano of Teague; children, Valentin and Icela Gonzales of Odessa, Crystal M. and Leodan Gallegos of Groesbeck, Juan Jr. Villa Montano of Teague, Andres Villa and Monica Montano of Teague; grandchildren, Adrian Ray Rodriguez, Valentin Rodrigo Gonzales, Jr., Tatiana Sarahi Gonzales, Iviana Jennifer Gonzales, Aleci Itzayana Gonzales of Odessa, Cruz Ortiz, Leodan Gallegos Jr., Jennis Gallegos and Jennifer Gallegos of Groesbeck, Andres Junior Montano and Mateo Juan Montano of Teague, and Joe Angel and Noah Vidales of Jewett; father, Ernesto Villa; siblings, Maria de Soccorro Villa Gomez, Ricardo Villa, Rosa Elena Villa Gonzales, Reynaldo Franco Villa, Eduardo Villa, Olga Patricia Villa, and Montis Villa; and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be a family graveside Friday, October 18, 2024 at 10:00 a,m, at the Mexia City Cemetery.
