Juanita Wright

Juanita Smith Wright, beloved daughter, sister, aunt, wife, mother, and granny, passed away on June 16, 2016 at age 90 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born in Groesbeck, Texas on July 24, 1925 to Sylvester Smith and Annie Pearl Phillips Smith. She was preceded in death by her son, James "Jimmy" Tate, at age 3: husband, Lewis Harold Wright; brothers, Eugene, L.C. and Billy; and sisters, Beatrice, Geneva, Faye and Raynelle. Juanita is survived by her daughter, Brenda June Carlson and family, Steve, grandchildren, Andrea, Lisa, Shane, Karl, Anthony, Kimberly, Lane, Haley, John, Zoe, Paden, Skyler and Noah; son, Mark Harold Wright and grandchildren, Becky, Wayne and Donnie; daughter, Mary Louise Strong and family, Allen, son, Craig Michael Reed, grandchildren, Lewis, Lane, Logan, Jade, Patrick and Kynleigh. She is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews, family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., in Blair Stubbs Chapel, 605 S. McKinney, Mexia, Texas.
