Funeral services for Junior Orvil Glosson, 87 of Corsicana, formerly of Mexia, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2007 in Blair - Stubbs Chapel. Rev. Michael Vestal pastor of Temple Baptist Church will officiate with interment following in the Fort Parker Memorial Park. Visitation with family will be 9 am - 10 a.m. on Wednesday morning at the funeral home. Mr. Glosson was born September 10, 1919 in Kennervic, Oklahoma to Willie Washington and Mary Elizabeth Evans Glosson. He was a mechanic for 23 years for Phillips Oil & Gas and was a member of the Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Sally Glosson of Corsicana; daughter, Anita Cary of Abilene, Sons, James Glosson of Orange, Texas and Jerry Don Glosson of Hattisberg, MS, step-children: Larry Klumas of California, Jerry Klumas of Texas and Grace Fenton of Wyoming; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Cleo Gorman of Quannah, , Hazel Roberts of Lubbock, Lucille Richie of Ft. Worth, Paul Glosson of Quannah and Dale Glosson of Wichita Falls. Pallbearers will be James Glosson, Jerry Don Glosson, Tommy Cary, Larry Klumas, Jerry Klumas and Tony Cary.
