Margaret Troutz

Margaret Eileen Troutz passed away November 23, 2017 in Fairfield, Texas, at the age of 97. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM, Tuesday, November 28, 2017 in the Maplewood Cemetery in Rexton, Michigan. Eileen was born October 14, 1920 in Marquette City, Michigan to Ronald Ed and Lillie May Turner Corey. She had been a resident of Fairfield for 37 years. Eileen loved the Lord and dedicated her life serving as a Minister for 75 years. She had also worked as a Security Guard for department stores, in an auto assembly plant and for an FBI Agent. Eileen was a loving mother of three children and a special grandmother to four grandchildren. She loved nothing more than being surrounded by her family. She also enjoyed cooking, sewing and traveling. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas Troutz; son, Richard Freeland; and daughter, Sharon Elizabeth Norwood Beene. Eileen is survived by her son-in-law, Don Beene of Mexia; daughter, Jeanine Conroy of Indiana; grandchildren, Kenny Conroy, Donnie Beene and wife, Stacy of McKinney, Sandra Choate and husband, Barry of Malakoff and Scott Beene and wife, Kim of Anderson; and brother, Ronald Corey of Arvada, CO.
