Funeral services for Mary Etta Beene Hearn, 80 of Mexia will be 4 p.m. Sunday March 30, 2008 in Blair - Stubbs Chapel. Edwin Sours will officiate with burial to follow in the Salem Cemetery, Freestone County. Visitation with the family will be 6 - 8 p.m. Saturday night at Blair - Stubbs Funeral Home in Mexia. Mrs. Hearn was born July 7, 1927 in Teague to William and Lula Ann (Reynolds) Beene and passed away in a Mexia hospital on March 28, 2008. She was a home- maker and also a Mary Kay Cosmetics representative. She was a member of Jehovah's Witness. She is survived by three daughters: Marilyn Gale Logan of Mexia, Deanne Ward of Houston and Donna Good of Mexia, grandchildren, Laurie Simmons and husband, Walter, Dawn Granberry and husband, James, Wendy Hileman and husband, Richard, Delaina Mangum, Miranda Heller, Hillary Heller, Hailey Heller, Landry Heller and Rowdy Good, 7 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, sisters, Carmie Sartor of Teague, May Ward of Wortham, and Marilyn Finley of Hewitt and brother, William Beene of Wortham. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Richard Headley Hearn, two grandsons and five sisters. Pallbearers will be David Jackson, James Henry Sartor, Gilbert Oliver, Carl Heller, Bert Finley and David Sutherland.
