Nelda Hatcher

Nelda L. Hatcher, 77, of Mexia passed away December 7, 2011 in Mexia. Graveside services will be held at 10AM, Friday, December 9, 2011 at the Forest Glade Cemetery. Nelda was born April 4, 1934 to Robert Lee and Ina Mae Smith Jackson. She was a nurses aid and a sitter for many sick and/or disable people. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carlton Hatcher; and sisters, Wanda, Reba and Mae Dean. Nelda is survived by her brother-in-law, Chester Seelinger and wife, Judy of Mexia; several nieces and nephews including, nephew, Chet Seelinger & wife, Jenny of Cotton Gin and niece, Kasi Seelinger and son, Chance Watson of Mexia; sisters, Mary Alice Johnson of Washington; Ina Lee Obregon and Carol Ann Page both of Elm Mott.
