Pamela Hendley

Mrs. Pamela Sharron Hendley, 69, of Mexia passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2018 in Waco.
Sharron was born May 8, 1949 in Houston to Odis George and Otis Erdie Roberson Shanks.
For many years she was a newspaper carrier. She later went to work and eventually retired from the Mexia State Supported Living Center.
Sharron loved her children and grandchildren very much and was the happiest when they were around.
She also had a special place in her heart for her dogs, Pixie and Layla.
Sharron was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Donald Wayne Shanks, Orville Larue Shanks, Royce Lee Shanks, Dianna Darlene Shanks, James Elton Shanks and Richard Dean Shanks.
Survivors include her daughter, Alesha Grabs and her children, Colton Grabs and Makayla Grabs, Son, Heath Hendley and his children, Cooper Hendley, Chance Hendley and Grant Hendley, Nieces and Nephews, Sandra and Howard Fletcher, Jackie Green, Lisa and Marvin Osborn, Quinn Norwood, Tammy Shanks, Michell Shanks, Kristina Shanks, Debbra Jean Shanks and James Lee Shanks, Great Nieces and Nephews, Casey, Corey and James Wallace and Ashley Wallace.
Memorial Services will be 11 AM Saturday, December 22, 2018, at the Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Karen Hulsey officiating.
