Patsy Moore

Patsy Ruith Moore, 71, passed away May 24, 2014 in Dallas, Texas. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at First Baptist Church with Rev. Marcus Sheffield officiating. Interment will follow in the Tehuacana Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, at Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home. Patsy was born November 28, 1942 in Tehuacana, Texas to Floyd and Nadine Fisher Lowry. She retired after working 20 years as an executive secretary. She married William S. Moore on April 8, 1989 in Richardson, Texas. Patsy's life revolved around God and her family. She treasured her family and was willing to do anything for them. She loved and gave, unselfishly, to taking care of her granddaughter, Patsy Ann. She also enjoyed being outdoors, especially, working with flowers or fishing. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mexia. She was preceded in death by her parents. Patsy is survived by her husband, Willam S. Moore of Mexia; children, Larry Harvey Harrison of Mexia and Kimbra Ann Brininstool of Lavon, TX; step-children, Dana Lee Edwards of London, England and Chapman Barnard of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; grandchildren, Sarah Harrison, Patsy Ann Harrison, Jagger Brininstool, Blaze Brininstool, Alex Barnard, Chance Barnard and Brooke Barnard; brother, William H. Lowry and wife, Cynthia of Coolidge; sister, Joan Teel and husband, Randy of Mexia; and a number on nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Jason Teel, Bart Lowry, Brett Lowry, Chance Lowry, Dale Lowry, Harvey Harrison, Kimbra Brininstool and Bobby Brininstool.
