Randy Reed

Randy Howard Reed, 57, passed away November 21, 2014 in Waco, Texas. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, November 24, 2014 at Blair-Stubbs Chapel with Rev. Marcus Sheffield officiating. Interment will follow in the Mexia Cemetery. Randy was born October 14, 1957 in Mexia, Texas to Howard C. and Wanda Briggs Reed. He lived most of his life in Mexia and graduated from Mexia High School. He worked at the Mexia State School and Mexia Tank Company. Randy was known to his friends as "Dawg". He was a fun loving guy with a big heart. He was a loyal and unselfish friend to many. His favorite past time was listening to classic rock. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Debra Noey. Randy is survived by his children, Randy Adam Reed and wife, Christina of Sherwood, AR and Amanda Renee Reyna and husband, Rocky of Bedford; grandchildren, Kennedy Thomas and Rex Reyna; sister, Tammie McKamie and husband, Bryant of Mexia; nephews, Jeff, Shannon and Brandon Noey, James Fewell and Colton McKamie; niece, Jami Adams; 5 great nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be James Fewell, Colton McKamie, Chase Adams, Jeff Noey, Shannon Noey and Brandon Noey.
