Robert Bailey

Robert Carlton Bailey, 62, of Mexia, passed away October 22, 2013 at his home. Robert was born May 7, 1951 in Hubbard, Texas to Joe Carlton and Francis Slater Bailey. He married Laneil Blackmon on August 7, 1991 in Key West, Florida. Robert retired from the Mexia State School after 28 years of service as Director of the Geriatric Department. He was preceded in death by his parents. Robert is survived by his wife, Laneil Bailey of Hubbard; stepson, Msgt John P. Strength, IV, USAF IG Team of Langley, VA; and sister Priscilla Bailey Blissett. At Robert's request, no service will be held.
