Ronald Brown

Ronald Truman Brown, 71, passed away November 11, 2014 in Teague, Texas. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 14, 2014 at the Prairie Grove Baptist Church with Brother Clifton Jones officiating. Interment will be in the Prairie Grove Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 10:00-11:00 a.m., Friday, at the Prairie Grove Baptist Church. Ronald was born January 21, 1943 in Navasota, Texas to Walter Truman and Willis Temple Brown. He had an outgoing personality. His greatest joy in life was be among people and surrounded by his loving family. Ronald was a loving son and brother. He was preceded in death by his parents. Ronald is survived by two sisters, Kay Walker and husband, Joe and Linda Stacks and husband, Randy all of Teague; two brothers, Mike Brown and wife, Lisa of Kingwood and Mark Brown of Teague; two nieces; seven nephews; a number of great-nieces and nephews; and numerous friends. Ronald's family would like to extend their gratitude and special thanks to all his past caregivers at the Mexia State Supported Living Center and Brenham State Supported Living Center. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to PART, Attention PART Treasurer, P. O. Box 9733, Austin, TX 78766-9733 or a church or charity of choice.
