Sandra Leggett

Sandra Lee Leggett passed away in Mexia on August 19, 2020 at the age of 71.  She was born January 10, 1949 in Casper, Wyoming to Chester Lee and Wyoma Lee McKendry Leggett.  She was a physical therapist and worked for several medical facilities for many years, prior to retirement.  Sandra’s job proved to be very rewarding to her as she loved working and taking care of people.

Sandra loved living in the country.  She enjoyed the solitude and all the simple things that nature had to offer.  She had three pet donkey’s that she truly loved, and she spoiled them just as people spoil their children.  Sandra also enjoyed singing.   She was a member of the Episcopal Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Wyoma Leggett.

Sandra is survived by her sisters, Nancy Morrow of Mexia, Judy Leggett of Gillette, WY and Linda Ware of Ocala, FL.
