Scotty McMinn

Scotty Lynn McMinn, 43, passed away March 17, 2014 at his home in Mexia. Graveside services will be 2PM, Wednesday, March 19, 2014 in the Mexia Cemetery with Rev. Bill Wright officiating. Scotty was born January 21, 1971 in Groesbeck, Texas to Jerry W. McMinn and Nettie Shores Walker. He lived in Mexia his entire life and graduated from Mexia High School. He had worked in the MISD cafeteria and Tri-County Irrigation. Scotty enjoyed rebuilding and working on bicycles. He is survived by his father, Jerry McMinn and step-mother, Norma Watson of Mexia; his mother, Nettie Shores Walker of Corsicana; and half-sister, Nettie Mae Taymon of Powell.
