Wanda Gilmore

Wanda Ruth Gilmore, 72, of Mexia passed away December 24, 2010 in her home. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at Blair-Stubbs Chapel with Rev. Bill Wright officiating. Wanda was born April 14, 1938 in Waxahachie, Texas to Oley and Wanda (Ratliff) Weatherford. She was a retired legal secretary and bar owner. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Raymond Gilmore. Wanda is survived by her husband, Billy Spruiell of Mexia; son, Kyle Gilmore of Waco; brother, Tommy Weatherford of Mesquite; step-children, Robin Adams, Tami Griffith and Scott Spruiell; and several nieces and nephews.
