Funeral services for Mrs. Willie Mae Sims, 80 of Mexia will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2005 in Blair - Stubbs Chapel, Mexia. Rev. Mick McDonald will officiate with burial to follow in Lost Prairie Cemetery. Visitation with family will be 6 - 8 p.m. Tuesday night at funeral home. Mrs. Sims was born September 19, 1925 in Kosse, Texas to Robert J. and Mamie Gideon Myers and passed away on September 25, 2005 in local hospital. She spent most of her life in Limestone County and was a nurse's aide and a member of the Baptist Church. She is survived by daughters and sons in law: Ruthie and Charley Daniel of Tulia, Clara and Ben Garner of Mexia and son, Billy Sims of Mexia; Grandchildren: Linda Orr of Mexia, Jason Garner and wife, Katrina of Groesbeck, and Melissa Garner of Huntsville. Pallbearers will be James West, Bill Garner, Charles Bowman, Jr., Frank Barker, Larry Walker and Jerry Smith, Jr.
